Cllr Zach Collingham was pleased to join veterans, residents and Rotherham's civic team in Rotherham town centre at the weekend, to celebrate Armed Forces Day.

It was an honour and privilege to pay tribute to our servicemen and women, past and present, and the fantastic young people in our cadet organisations. As a former RAF reservist and air cadet, I have a special appreciation for their service and professionalism. It was a particular treat to see the Thurcroft Veterans Association Standard proudly represented in the parade.
