Last Saturday, Cllr Lewis Mills and Cllr Greg Reynolds had a fantastic time with residents attending the Lost Chord UK event at Ravenfield Parish Hall.
It was great to see everyone enjoy a singsong, cuppa and a chip butty from Coral Fish Bar Ravenfield.
Cllr Ball attended a police speed watch next to the Academy, after 1 hour we had to give up due to having no space left on the sheet to record the amount of people going over the speed limit, please watch the speed, especially next to schools.
I’ve recieved confirmation that more pavements are being fixed in Todwick! Since I got elected numerous residents have told me about the state of the pavements.
Cllrs Ball and Tinsley were joined by Dehenna Davison MP, Minister for Levelling Up and Alexander Stafford MP @Maltby Academy to see first-hand how the renovations for the Maltby Grammar School building are coming along.
I am very disappointed that Todwick swimming pool is being used again for political opportunism by people with no links to the village, who continue to put out mistruths regarding funding and the reasoning for the closure.
On St George’s day it was great to celebrate with the children who enjoyed making dragon eyes with clay and having their face painted oh and not to forget all the lovely drawings, thank you for the Queens pub for letting us host and all those that attended.
Yesterday Cllr Lewis Mills and Cllr Greg Reynolds met with Council Officers, Police and Bramley Parish Council for our monthly Community Action Plan meeting and Ward Briefing.
Councillors Thomas and Zachary Collingham will be back out consulting with residents on the plans proposed for the towns and villages project - revamping the high street! We are taking your feedback on board to help finalise the plans for this Autumn.
